Founded in 2016, Cuttlefish Group Ltd is a property development company that will prioritise to reuse and redevelop instead of remove the wonderful green land we have in the UK. Our first major renovation was a 1820 cottage that we have brought back to life but retained the character and charm of this old maltsters cottage.

We also are in the process of expanding our letting arm to ensure there is fair housing in beautiful parts of our wonderful country.

The sites we select have historical significance and you can be assured if you rent a Cuttlefish Group home, for a holiday or longer term rental, you will be in a place of historic significance. A Cuttlefish Group home has heritage at its heart.
